We roast each of the origins separately, getting the most out of each variety.
We detect the beans with defects, separating them from the production process, with the aim of achieving a cleaner, defect-free final cup.
Each coffee has its own specifications and its own formula and, after roasting, we make the combinations according to the recipe of each blend.
We make sure that the coffee is in optimum condition throughout the whole process, from the moment we receive the green coffee at our facilities until it reaches the end customer.
